Process

Here's exactly what happens, step by step.

No surprises. You'll know the cost, the timeline, and what to expect before anything starts.

PHASE 1, 2 WEEKS
We find out what this is actually costing you.

We start with a short call to get to know your business. Then we walk through the actual process, either on-site or over video, and look at how it really happens day to day, not the version that lives in an org chart. From there we ask a few direct questions. How many hours a week does this eat, and whose time is it? How often does it break, and what does fixing it cost you? If you don't have exact numbers, that's fine. We'll help you build a solid estimate together.

Deliverable: A short, plain-language proposal covering the problem, what it's costing you, what we'd build, and a fixed price.

PHASE 2, 6 TO 20+ WEEKS DEPENDING ON SCOPE
Fixed price. Fixed date. No surprise invoices.

Once you approve the proposal, the price and delivery date are locked in. You'll get a written update every week covering what shipped and what's next, plus a short call every other week to review progress and clear up anything that's stuck. If something new comes up mid-build, we tell you right away and figure out together whether it fits the existing scope or becomes its own conversation. We don't quietly absorb it and let the timeline slip, and we don't surprise you with a bigger invoice either.

PHASE 3, INCLUDED, THEN OPTIONAL
We don't disappear after handoff.

Every build includes a support window for bug fixes, tuning, and help using what we shipped, at no extra cost. New features or workflow changes after that get scoped as their own small project, so you're never stuck wondering whether something is covered.

Response time: 2 business days for anything in the included support window.

FAQ

What if the numbers don't work out during discovery?

We'll tell you directly. You keep the findings either way, and there's no obligation to move forward.

What if something changes mid-build?

We flag it right away and figure out together whether it fits the existing scope or needs its own conversation. No silent scope creep, no surprise bills.

What happens after the support window ends?

Nothing breaks by default. You're simply back to pay as you go if you need something, or you can set up a monthly retainer for ongoing priority support.

How do I know I'm not going to get ghosted?

Weekly written updates during the build, a call every other week, and a real support window after handoff. You'll always know where things stand.
